Urban Eats’ Jazz Brunch and Lindy Hop St. Louis Meet & Greet, 18 June

Dancing is great! But it’s also nice sometimes to hang out in another setting, specifically a beautiful community cafe with delicious and affordable in-house-made food and drink specials (if you’re not sold already, keep reading). ¬†Urban Eats is located in the Dutchtown South neighborhood of South St. Louis City and they are all about collaboration, innovation, and just being friendly and cool. It didn’t take long for Lindy Hop St. Louis to team up with this urban foodie and arts hub to create the idea of a Jazz Brunch, a low-key event featuring live music and offering a time and place for music lovers, dancers, citizens to relax and get to know eachother. Of course, dancing is not discouraged, but is optional in this case, not the focal point. Most of all, Urban Eats and Lindy Hop St. Louis would like this to be a community gathering, a chance to experience something new, and a time to enjoy great food over friendly conversation.
